Charlotte took the time to understand my situation and showed me the new builds in Weeley — somewhere I’d never have thought to look. From that moment on, she guided me through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Her communication was brilliant, she kept me reassured at every stage, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to Charlotte, I now have a beautiful new home and feel incredibly lucky and relieved as I move into retirement. I honestly can’t praise Charlotte enough.   Having called on Friday I spoke to Maddy, she asked me what we were looking for and presented us with some housing options. 2 of these we viewed on Saturday and actually secured a property on Saturday a lovely 3 bedroom 🏡 home.
